Storage

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information collected and the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account both case-specific circumstances and the need to delete outdated, unused information as soon as possible. We retain records of customer personal information, account setup documents, communications and other data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may correct, complete or remove incomplete or inaccurate information at any time and in our sole discretion.

Which Data is collected?

We collect two types of data and information from users.

The first category includes non-identifying and non-identifiable user information provided or collected through use of the Site ("Non-Personal Information"). The tool we use is based on the technology of Snowplow Analytics . The information we collect about your use of our website includes, for example, how often users visit the website or which areas of the website are visited. The tool we use does not collect any personal information and is used by our web hosting and service provider solely to improve their own offerings.

Use of Script Libraries (Google Web Fonts)

To ensure that our content is displayed correctly and graphically appealing in every browser, we use script and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts) for this website. Google Web Fonts are cached in your browser so they only need to be loaded once. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or denies access, content will be displayed in a default font.
  • When you access script or font libraries, we automatically connect to the library operator. There is a theoretical possibility that this operator may collect data. Currently it is not known whether and for what purpose the operators of the respective libraries actually collect data.

Revocation of your Consent to Data Processing

Only with your express consent are some data processing operations possible. A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of Appeal to the competent Supervisory Authority

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data, which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, handed over to you or to third parties. The provision is made in a machine-readable format. If you request direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only take place to the extent that it is technically feasible.

Right of Access, Rectification, Blocking, Erasure

As the person concerned, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection law. SSL-  or TLS-Encription

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data that you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.

Contact Form

Data transmitted via the contact form will be stored including your contact data in order to be able to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation shall remain unaffected by the revocation.
Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or until there is no longer any need to store the data. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Youtube

For integration and display of video content our website uses plugins from YouTube. The provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When a page with integrated YouTube plugin is called up, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which of our pages you have visited.
YouTube can directly assign your surfing behavior to your personal profile, if you are logged in to your YouTube account. By logging out you have the possibility to prevent this.
YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Twitter Plugin

Our website uses functions of the Twitter service. The provider is Twitter Inc, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
When using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and published in your Twitter feed. In the process, data is transmitted to Twitter. We have no knowledge about the content of the transmitted data or the use of this data by Twitter. We may use your personal information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or forward it to an external sub-contractor to provide you with promotional materials regarding our services that may be of interest to you.  

We respect your right to privacy. Therefore, these marketing materials will always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from further mailings. If you unsubscribe, your email address or telephone number will be removed from our marketing distribution lists.

Please note that even after you unsubscribe from receiving our marketing emails, we will continue to send you emails with important information that do not include an unsubscribe option. This includes maintenance or administrative notices.

Company Transaction

We may disclose information in the event of a business transaction (such as the sale of a substantial portion of the business, a merger, consolidation or asset sale).
